1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Mile-Hi Snowmobile Club of Denver Inc. (“the Club”), including our website, membership benefits, and events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Membership
2.1 Eligibility
- Members must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent
- Must maintain valid snowmobile registration and insurance
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Must complete required safety training as specified by the Club
2.2 Membership Terms
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of acceptance
- Dues must be paid in full to maintain active membership status
- Membership is non-transferable
- The Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership
3. Club Activities and Events
3.1 Participation
- Participation in Club events is voluntary
- Members must sign required waivers before participating
- Members must follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions
- The Club reserves the right to refuse participation in any event
- Club events are for paid club members only
3.2 Equipment and Safety
- Members are responsible for maintaining their equipment
- Required safety equipment must be used at all times
- Members must report any accidents or incidents promptly
- The Club reserves the right to inspect equipment for safety
4. Assumption of Risk
Members acknowledge that snowmobiling involves inherent risks and agree to:
- Accept full responsibility for their own safety
- Understand and accept the risks involved in snowmobiling
- Release the Club from liability for ordinary negligence
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
5. Code of Conduct
Members must:
- Treat all participants with respect
- Follow trail etiquette and Club rules
- Protect the environment and respect property
- Report safety concerns to Club leadership
- Avoid behavior that could harm the Club’s reputation
6. Website and Communications
6.1 Website Use
- Content is provided “as is” without warranty
- Users may not misuse or attack the website
- The Club is not responsible for third-party links
- Users must not share account credentials
6.2 Communications
- Members agree to receive Club communications
- Opt-out options are available for non-essential communications
- Members are responsible for maintaining current contact information
7. Intellectual Property
- Club logos, materials, and content are protected by copyright
- Members may not use Club intellectual property without permission
- Photos and videos taken at Club events may be used by the Club
8. Financial Terms
- Membership dues and event fees are non-refundable
- Members are responsible for their own equipment and expenses
- The Club may change fee structures with notice
- Payment terms must be met for participation
9. Liability and Indemnification
Members agree to:
- Indemnify the Club against claims arising from their actions
- Hold harmless Club officers and volunteers
- Accept limitations of liability as permitted by law
- Maintain their own insurance coverage
10. Termination
The Club may terminate membership for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior
- Non-payment of dues
- False information on applications
11. Changes to Terms
- The Club may modify these Terms at any time
- Members will be notified of significant changes
- Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Denver County, Colorado.

14. Severability
