Skill Level: Intermediate and above.
Ride Description: Very little trail riding; we’ll use only as necessary to go to meadows and hills with widely spaced trees. Will stay S of Rt. 40 where fewer people go, generally playing in the areas off of Rt. 5A around its W side to its S side (recommend downloading the free COTREX app if you don’t have another winter trails app that shows 5A).

“Not” meeting at The Moose in Kremmling as originally planned; we’ll go straight to the parking lot in order to arrive there before the crowds.
Parking lot may or may not be plowed; its entrance and perimeter roads are usually well packed down.
Pre-Ride Gear Check & Meeting: 8:30a, near beacon test station NW corner of parking lot.
Ride Start Time: 8:45a.
Ride End Time: 4:00p, or earlier if group wants.
Must Haves: Mntn sled, Beacon w/good batts, Probe, Shovel, FRS radio set to channel 18-21.
Lunch Plan: Carry whatever you need to stay fueled and hydrated for the day; we won’t be returning to the parking lot until the end of our ride.
